How the program works:
Isabel Lahela's SlimThickWorkout© is everything you're looking for in a strength and conditioning program! The SlimThickWorkout© is a daily workout subscription that is sent to your email every day. The program is centered around strength training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Additionally, it has circuit training and CrossFit-style high intensity cardio (HIIT) components. The workouts are programmed directly by Isabel and take between 30-60 minutes to complete. Workout or weight lifting experience is not required for the SlimThickWorkout©. Each movement has various modifications to enable anyone at every level of fitness to complete each workout safely. For only $1/day you can start achieving your health and fitness goals in a healthy way to change your life for the better!

Modifications are provided to each exercise if the core movement is too challenging for your body, or if you do not have the proper equipment to complete the movement.
